Add credits
支付宝 (Alipay) top-ups open soon, and 微信支付 (WeChat Pay) follows once the domain moves to HTTPS. Until then you cannot top up online; write to finance@superheat.cloud with any questions.
Open Billing in the console and choose Add credits (账单 → 充值额度 in the 简体中文 console). Pick an amount, scan the code with Alipay or WeChat Pay, and the balance is ready to spend. Until online top-ups open, the Add credits window reads "Payments aren’t available on this console yet."
Why the account is prepaid
Superheat CN runs on prepaid credits only, in yuan (¥). There is no monthly bill and nothing to pay after the fact; a 发票 (fapiao) can be issued for every top-up. You buy credits up front, and instances draw them down: GPU time per second while an instance runs, disk per GB per hour while it sits stopped. A balance that does not cover one hour of an instance (GPU plus disk), on top of an hour of the organization's other instances, means you cannot deploy or start it.
Credits belong to the organization, not to you personally, and they do not expire.

Pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay
You pay by scanning a code — there is no card and no other payment method.
- At the top of the Add credits window, choose Alipay or WeChat Pay under Pay with (支付宝 / 微信支付 under 支付方式).
- Pick a pack (¥50, ¥100 or ¥500) or a custom amount from ¥20 to ¥10,000.
- For a 发票, switch on Request an invoice (fapiao) (开具发票) and fill in the details (see below).
- Select Show QR code (去支付) and scan the code with the Alipay or WeChat app. The code is valid for 15 minutes; the countdown shows what is left.
- The balance updates as soon as the provider confirms the payment, and the window shows Credits added. You can also close the window after paying — the balance still updates on its own.
If the window shows QR code expired but you did pay, the balance updates on its own. Do not scan again, and do not generate a new code to pay for the same top-up.
A code that expires unpaid charges nothing; select New QR code and try again. When the countdown runs out, the window first shows "Checking with Alipay…" (or WeChat Pay) while it asks the provider whether you paid in the last few seconds.
Paying on a phone. A phone cannot scan the code on its own screen. With Alipay, the window offers a Pay in Alipay button that opens the app directly; with WeChat Pay, take a screenshot, then in WeChat scan it from your photos.
Request a 发票
Switch on Request an invoice (fapiao) before you pay, and a 发票 is issued for that top-up once it is paid.

The details are saved to the organization and filled in for next time; each top-up keeps a copy of the details as they were when you paid. The Superheat CN finance team issues the 发票 — write to finance@superheat.cloud with any questions.
Who can add credits
Adding credits is admin-only. On your personal organization you are the admin, so this only matters once you join someone else's team.

There is no side door. Billing calls made with member credentials are rejected by the API, and that includes organization API keys, which always act as a member. A member who needs more credits has to ask an admin. See Roles and permissions.
What happens when the balance runs out
At a balance of ¥0, running instances are stopped automatically. Once the balance has stayed at or below ¥0 for 24 hours and is at −¥35 or lower, stopped instances are destroyed, and a destroyed instance's disk is gone.
Storage charges continue while an instance is stopped, so a stopped instance can carry an idle balance down to the destroy threshold on its own. Read Auto-stop and auto-destroy before you leave anything running unattended.
